Shipping
Please allow 3-5 business days for retail orders. We ship M-F and generally ship items the next day for most orders, depending on volume and order size it may take longer as we assemble our pieces to order. For wholsale orders please allow 7-10 business days for assembly and shipping. Our standard shipping method is UPS and USPS. If you need a guranteed delivery date please don't hesitate to contact us by phone or email to check on availability.
Taxes
All sales within California are subject to a 8.75% sales tax, as well as any sale that is shipped to California from another state.
Insurance & Damages
Each UPS shipment is automatically insured for up to $100. If your jewelry is lost or damaged during shipment, contact us immediately. Keep all packing materials and paperwork so we can file a claim on your behalf if damage was due to shipping.
Special Orders
Please inquire by telephone (1-888-280-5105) about special orders (special requests, necklace lengths, pendant changes etc.). Timing and pricing will vary. All sales of special orders are final.
Returns & Exchanges
Purchased jewelry may be exchanged within ten (10) business days of receipt if returned unworn and in its original packaging. To return a purchased item of jewelry for refund, you must notify us by telephone (1-888-280-5105) or email within five (5) business days of receipt of jewelry and receive a Return Authorization Number. You assume all responsibility for the security, shipping and handling of your returned and/or exchanged item(s). You may either exchange the item for another or have a refund issued to your credit card if all the conditions for return are met. Sale items and special order items are not eligible for refund or exchange.
